Vice President Finance - VP

Overview

We are seeking accomplished seasoned Vice President – Finance for a fast-scaling, diversified group based in Abu Dhabi. Backed by a strategic investor, the company is actively expanding across multiple consumers facing verticals and requires a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy, operational excellence and investor alignment.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Qualified CA/CPA.
• Minimum 12 years  with at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Prior experience working with investor-backed or high-growth companies is highly desirable.
• Strong command over financial modeling, reporting, ERP systems and board-level communication.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end finance function including budgeting, forecasting, complianceand internal controls.
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions and commercial growth initiatives.
• Establish robust MIS and reporting structures for performance tracking and investor updates.
• Oversee treasury management, working capital efficiencyand capital allocation.
• Ensure financial systems and processes are scalable and compliant with local/international standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Build and mentor finance team capable of supporting an expanding operational footprint.
