Overview
We are
seeking accomplished seasoned Vice President – Finance for a fast-scaling,
diversified group based in Abu Dhabi. Backed by a strategic investor, the
company is actively expanding across multiple consumers facing verticals and
requires a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy, operational
excellence and investor alignment.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Qualified CA/CPA.
- Minimum 12 years with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Prior experience working with investor-backed or high-growth companies is highly desirable.
- Strong command over financial modeling, reporting, ERP systems and board-level communication.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end finance function including budgeting, forecasting, complianceand internal controls.
- Partner with CEO and senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions and commercial growth initiatives.
- Establish robust MIS and reporting structures for performance tracking and investor updates.
- Oversee treasury management, working capital efficiencyand capital allocation.
- Ensure financial systems and processes are scalable and compliant with local/international standards.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Build and mentor finance team capable of supporting an expanding operational footprint.
