Head of Finance & Transformation

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance & Transformation for a diversified business group based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with strong expertise in managing overseas companies financial affairs while driving finance transformation initiatives across the organization.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Qualified CA or CPA is mandatory.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing overseas entities and multinational financial operations.
• Strong exposure to finance transformation, process optimization, ERP implementation and business performance management.
• Experience within diversified groups, holding companies, family offices or multinational organizations is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee financial affairs of the Group's overseas companies and international operations, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, ERP enhancement and digitalization of finance functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital management and capital allocation to support sustainable growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, consolidation and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights, support investment decisions, and drive organizational transformation initiatives
